One ideology · three artifacts · wired live
Three sides of the same coin.
One person invents a brand. The same ideology, carried down three strata, produces the brand that seduces, the publication-grade store that covers it honestly, and the operator cockpit that runs the day. We built all three — live products, one design DNA — in weeks, not years.
The face
BRUME — the brand. Vapor reframed as weather; desire as a front door.
The record & the store
BOOF — the journal of record for the culture, and the streetwear shop that funds it.
The rails
LEGACY OPS — the distribution cockpit above the mandated systems, where the day actually runs.
I · The brand that seduces
BRUME — every breath has a climate.
A nicotine-vapor brand that refuses the category’s language: no hits, no clouds — weather. One instrument, four climates, a reading-room of essays, and a ritual page that treats inhalation like horology. Hand-built as a single flawless artifact — fonts inlined, no framework, nothing to break.

II · The record that covers, the store that funds it
BOOF — the culture, covered honestly. The cloth, sold for real.
A full commerce platform wearing a publication’s discipline: a journal with printed standards and a corrections log, letters the desk reads before printing, disclosed partnerships, credited photography — and a streetwear capsule that transacts, because cloth has no processor wall. The plant side is covered, never sold; the standards page is the masthead.

A market page you can audit — and a real market feed.
The Chart is one instrument: tap a company on the tape and the screen follows; every house opens into a sheet of per-piece data, and every printed formula reconciles to the ledger. Beside it, the Industry Desk reads the realmarket on a research cadence — Stiiizy, Wyld, RYTHM, fourteen brands — where a real mark never wears an invented figure: every number carries its source, its period, and a confidence tier, or it doesn’t print.

III · The rails where the day runs
LEGACY OPS — the house behind the houses.
The substrate: a licensed-distribution operator with a trade counter instead of a storefront — and a real cockpit above the mandated systems. The Board leads with what needs a human; a release stamps the operator’s name into a custody chain reconstructable to the minute, the bay, and the person. Status language only — the cockpit mirrors filings, it never plays compliance officer.

The proof it’s one machine
A hoodie ordered on BOOF lands on LEGACY’s board.
Order BOOF-2237-NJ5C crosses an API contract and becomes consignment LGC-97341— held at intake until a human assigns the lane, released with a name, custody printed back to the customer’s own receipt. Two sovereign databases. One wire. The same screen you’re looking at on both sides.

The fifteen-minute walk
How we show it on a call.
- 01Open BRUME. Let the plume breathe — sixty seconds on what a front door can be.
- 02Flip to LEGACY's trade face: a beautiful brand that can't ship is a door onto an empty room, so we designed the substrate.
- 03Walk BOOF: the cover, a house room, the standards, the chart — the store that polices itself.
- 04Open the real cockpit: The Board, the holds, a release that stamps the human who made it.
- 05The money moment: place an order on BOOF, watch it land on the Board — one click, two apps.
- 06Close on the org chart: Propinquity mints any layer of this — brand, store, or floor — in weeks.
Three production modes · one team
Every artifact proves a different way of building.
Artifact craft
BRUME — a single hand-built page, couture-grade, nothing to maintain.
Fleet clone
LEGACY OPS — a proven operating system re-dressed for a new vertical in days.
Greenfield
BOOF — a full product with its own backend, stood up from zero in a week.
We mint any layer of this — brand, store, or floor — in weeks.
The walk takes fifteen minutes and ends with an order crossing two live systems. Bring the vertical; we’ll bring the coin.
